When you connect your Facebook Page, ProQfit subscribes to your Lead Ad forms through Meta's official Graph API. The moment someone submits a form on Facebook or Instagram, that lead is delivered to your ProQfit workspace in real time, mapped to your fields, and assigned to a rep.
Only what is needed to deliver your leads: your Pages, the lead-form responses your ads collect (such as name, phone, email and any questions you configured), and basic ad and campaign identifiers for attribution. ProQfit does not post to your accounts or read personal profiles. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
No. ProQfit connects to Meta through its official APIs, but ProQfit and Xenotix Labs are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Yes. ProQfit is multi-tenant: each brand, client or branch can run in its own isolated workspace, with its own leads, pipeline, users and permissions.
ProQfit uses your deal details and templates to draft a proposal and agreement you can edit before sending. AI writes the first draft — you always review and approve the final document.
You can revoke ProQfit’s access from your Meta settings at any time, and request deletion of your data by following the steps on our Data Deletion page or emailing us. We handle deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
